The best way to reach us is through our Facebook group, but you can also send us a message using the form below.

Before You Write
RBRTC is run entirely by volunteers, so the fastest answer is often already online:
- Trail conditions and closures: check the latest posts in our Facebook group and recent reports on Trailforks.
- Volunteering and trail days: see our Events page and volunteer guide.
- Membership: learn how to join on our Join Us page.
- Donations: visit our Donate page.
- Trail information: start with Our Trails.
Reporting a Trail Problem
Spotted a fallen tree, washout, damaged bridge or other hazard? Post it in our Facebook group so riders and volunteers see it quickly. The most helpful reports include:
- Which park and trail, and roughly where on the loop (a map screenshot helps).
- What the problem is and whether it blocks the trail.
- A photo, if you can take one safely.
- When you saw it.
For emergencies or injuries on the trail, call 911 first.
Who Should Use This Form
The form above is a good way to reach us about partnerships, landowner or municipal trail projects, media questions, sponsorships and anything that does not fit in a Facebook post. Please include enough detail for us to route your message to the right volunteer.
